RANT……PHILLY FAITHFUL?

SUNDAY’S DEBACLE IN D.C. HAS MADE ME AS ANGRY AS ANY OTHER PHILLY FAN. I MEAN THE OFFENSE, LED BY DMAC, LOOKED HORRIBLE, ANEMIC AND PEDESTRIAN AT BEST. THE DEFENSE & SPECIAL TEAMS ONCE AGAIN GAVE THE OFFENSE SEVERAL CHANCES TO WIN THIS “MUST-WIN GAME”. IF THAT WAS A HOME GAME IN THE LINC, I MYSELF WOULD HAVE STOOD NEXT TO MY BROTHERS FROM THE CHURCH OF THE 700 LEVEL AND BOOED JUST AS LOUD AS THE NEXT MAN. I MIGHT HAVE EVEN LAUNCHED A SNOWBALL OR TWO IF THE WEATHER PERMITTED. IT WAS A MONUMENTAL DEFEAT THAT HAD LARGE IMPLICATIONS IN OUR PLAYOFFS HOPES, AND WE JUST DIDN’T SHOW UP ON OFFENSE.
